Brian Wong is a 22 year old professional race car driver currently residing in Newport Beach, CA. He is the first Chinese-American to professionally race in all the major racing series worldwide including Nascar, American Le Mans Series, and Porsche Carrera Cup Asia. For 2011, he has competed in such prestigious races as the Rolex 24 at Daytona and the 12 Hours of Sebring.

Brian Wong returned to the American Le Mans Series at Laguna Seca Raceway to attack the 6 hour endurance race.
At the start of the weekend, Wong and his co-drivers, Bill Sweedler and Shane Lewis, fought for a better handling racecar in the first practice. Holding onto fifth quickest in the final practice, the car was better but not up to the standards of the drivers.
